We bought this gift, and asked one of the staff to wrap it as a gift, but she refused in a rude manner! She said that if she wrapped it as a gift, everyone would ask her, and this is what she did not want.. She was bad at conveying the info, and had it not been for the fact that I had to buy and travel tomorrow, I would have returned it!

I WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN

I like bath & body items specially their body lotions so i tried body wash & it was good also the fragrance as well.. its near to adidas outlet in festival city mall.

My wife accidentally dropped a candle with her backpack during peak time at the store, Dec 26 X-Mas time , she was trying to keep social distance in the queue as she had our toddler with her.

When she reached the cashier who was very unprofessional , she said this exactly to my wife " madam this broken candle is yours" and that she had to pay for it, in cash.

When my wife got home, she checked the bag to see how much the candle costed and she found that the cashier has not given her the receipt...

I was there yesterday to buy Ramadan Gifts for family and friends, I asked the salesperson who was at the entrance if the shop is doing a gift wrapping, she was arranging items and busy arranging and replied with a bad tone: No we are having sales at the moment we are busy! I’m just surprised that the shop doesn’t, because of such experience I will not come back again to buy from the shop! I bought lots of items and will get rid off them as I don’t want to see this brand at my home! It’s true you get for what you pay

Never received my order but the status is delivered. Raised several complaints but they never do their job. They don’t refund or redeliver. It’s been almost a month but they haven’t resolved the problem. Very disappointing at their “basic” customer service. Keeps repeating the answers, “we are investigating”. Are you guys gonna investigate on this until next year? Takes FOREVER. You don’t deserve even one star.
