catastrophic conditions for the animals. Dirty cages that are far too small, plus staff who don't care how roughly the animals are treated (the children's side). Cruelty to animals, in Germany the veterinary office would close the shop 10 minutes after opening due to the catastrophic conditions. many animals appear very ill and are exploited.

They keep animals in horrible condition and don't look after them well. I doubt they even provide proper heating. The animals look ill.

Staff is nice, but animals are in horrible condition. Multiple are clearly unwell and sick. The reptiles are also put with no hides or proper environment, clearly distressed.

Very unique experience. Didn't expect that could go in and handle the birds and animals. Worth a visit with your kids and family. Personally felt the animals were well taken care of but were maybe a bit overwhelmed

It’s a zoo for animals who are neglected. extremely poor living conditions for the animals along with probably little to no comfort, reptiles in cages made for goldfish is just one example of many. it’s a depressing place to be as all the animals seem to be on their last few breaths. there’s a reason it’s so cheap and that’s because there is little to no compassion for the animals.

From the outside I thought there are just birds inside and the cages were big so I entered and thought I could feed them a bit. After entering, there was an area with cats, dogs and other mammals. Their cages were super small and you obviously could see diseases on them (infected eyes, sore paws, etc.) which concludes not keeping the animals in an appropriate manner to their species. These animals are not capable for the concept of being exhibited and petted all day long from hundreds of different people. Especially, the dogs were hiding under a power generator in their cage so people could not touch them anymore.

Moreover, as I lived next to their facility I figured out that the animals stayed there day and night at all weather and heat conditions.

Just horrible!

DANGEROUS.
Beware going there.
Their "pretentious" and ill-driven owner thinks he knows how to control the animals with presumptuous assumptions. He thinks keeping wild animals, such as Eagles and Falcons, in their cages WITHOUT a lock is fine and liable-free from any tragic incident that any child might face (Parents are liable for their children, so as he says). No warning signs, no locks on cages, and a negligent staff. What could go wrong? Everything.
They claim their animals are friendly, but that's not the case.
Birds bite, dogs attack, cats claw at you, and RAMS RAM INTO YOU.
Children are not quite safe there as they pretend it to be.
This is not a "zoo in a mall", it is a glorified animal showroom at best with very bad supervision. Go to a proper zoo with real life experts that know how to control animals, safer for your children, with appropriate precautionary measures however simple that may be.

Animals are in terrible conditions and many are clearly sick or in bad health. Please never visit this place.
