We love this cake . It’s very yummy . It’s so fluffy and tasty . For all family or a gift . We are addicted to it we by the small one for the kids or the big one for gathering. Must must try . It’s good price . الكيكه وايد حلوه تستاهل تاخذها .

It’s nothing like Japanese cheesecake..It’s supposed to be fluffy and soft, the sales girl was trying to act smart and convince me that Japanese cheese cake is like this.. it’s not soft at all, cold and taste like old egg… i give them below 1 star rate if there was an option

So disappointed after buying their cake for the first time. Unlike the name, the cake wasn’t fluffy at all and was very hard and cold. I have tried Japanese cheese cake before from uncle tetsu and it tastes way better than this. I don’t recommend this place at all. Weak quality

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Uncle Fluffy.
And the experience has revealed deceptive practices and false marketing claims. It is essential to be aware of the following concerning their franchise program:
- Uncle Fluffy markets itself as providing a franchise program. However, my experience uncovered that they are selling something entirely different. The reality does not align with their claims, raising serious concerns about their integrity and trustworthiness.

-Despite marketing the availability of a well-established brand name for franchisees, Uncle Fluffy failed to deliver on this promise. This discrepancy is misleading and leaves potential franchisees at a disadvantage when it comes to establishing a recognizable brand presence.

Throughout my interaction, there was a lack of transparency and conflicting information that lasted for over 20 days, due to their deceptive practices, unfulfilled promises, and unresolved refund issues. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Furthermore, Uncle Fluffy has displayed a lack of accountability in addressing refund issues. Despite acknowledging the problems, they have failed to provide a satisfactory refund, leaving me frustrated and facing financial burden.

Based on my firsthand experience, I strongly caution against any involvement with Uncle Fluffy-Franchise Program. Their deceptive practices, unfulfilled promises, and unresolved refund issues indicate a lack of credibility and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Exercise caution and thoroughly consider other alternatives before considering any engagement with Uncle Fluffy.
