Don't trust this guys, they don't even have a basic sense of customer dealing. These guys will claim customers as fraud for declining the exchange facility.
The worst experience I ever go thorough in any of exclusive brand show rooms.
Don't ever go for them for any valuable purchase.

Wanted to return the shoes I bought after 5 days and they told me they will not be able to refund my money because I used a credit card to pay. Are you kidding me? Like seriously! Where in the world did they came up with this hilarious refund/return policy. They gave me a voucher instead which I could use within a year in any Under Armour store. The worst customer service I have ever experience. Management should look into this. Specifically this branch.

The girls working there is excellent all the girls when I saw a new Indian guy may be trainee was also excellent he was willing to learn and work thank you Deira city Centre under armour … spl thanks to Alpha

We thankfully had a good shopping experience at UA store at Deira City Centre. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Even during busy DSF sale, they try to attend to all customers and meet the requirements as much as possible. At least they acknowledge customers, unlike some other stores who wouldnt care less. Good collection and amazing offers during DSF. Even online store has a good collection and offers. I am coming back for more for sure. The pricing is totally worth the brand presence in sportswear.

Not recommend at all, not meet my expectations, I baught a t-shirt and short with almost 70 US dollars, the size is big, I want to change their customer services refused the exchange.

I normally really love the products, but the online shopping experience is the worst I have ever had. Nothing works, bad website, even after 5 calls my return is still laying around here at home because they don't manage to arrange a pick up, never answer to emails. You have lost a customer to Nike! 1-star rating is even too much for that poor experience!

Store is nice, I love your products, but please put a friendly sales person. This girl in city center is way too unfriendly, unwelcoming, and my plan of buying shorts and sports wear dropped from this store was put off, I even asked if she works there and don’t want customers to buy from here ? She was irritated for some reason was even clapping hands when I was leaving the store, felt so bad, not that I cant argue or make a scene, didn’t want to lose my mood and felt bad as it happened in my favorite place,DCC. Kindly train your staffs, no more visits to this store.
