Absolutely disgusted at the service I received, waited over an hour for a taxi and then they charged me £40 for an 11 minute journey - the excuse being it’s busy. I don’t think it being busy is an excuse to absolutely rip off customers. Do not recommend.

Absolute terrible experience of a rude driver. I am a private hire taxi driver and was parked in a loading bay outside prezzo Wimborne and the driver had a problem with me waiting for my fare in a loading bay that was clearly marked. Asked me about my business and what I was doing there which was absolutely nothing to do with him and then proceeded to spout some absolute rubbish about the council extending the taxi rank into the loading bay after 7 pm. If this is the kind of rude interaction you get when you are not a customer I can't help but think of what rude interactions the customers face when using this service. The area I was waiting in is a loading bay from 7am until 7pm and then you can use that space as waiting or parking in between these times it is not an area exclusively reserved for Hackney drivers to wait for fares. I will never use this service if I need a taxi that's for certain.

‘Have you got my money’ final sign off having been 15 minutes late. £100 for a 20 minute round trip.

Excellent, friendly service, arrived promptly, and took me to catch a coach, arrived with plenty of time to spare, same again on my return journey. Excellent service, Many Thanks. Highly recommended.

Only giving them one star because there’s nothing lower. Pre ordered a taxi and didn’t turn up. Nothing to let us know, wouldn’t answer their phone. Don’t waste your time!

£13.50 to go from colehill to longham; outrageous! Cost less than £8.00 with other cab coming back late at night.
