It was an amazing experience and loved every bit of it. Wonderful view and amazing events at the end which made the experience the best of all. I loved the view from the boat and my littlw one also enjoyed a lot. The dances were also so good. they gave us a very reasonable price as well and the boat ride started arround 7pm and we rwturned arround 8.30pm. Food was also good but they finished very quickly. Go early amd try to get into the upper story cos the view is best from there.

One of the worst experiences ever, dont even try to go there the owner and staff is so rude they have no manners and i request all people to give one star to this useless boat cruise, dont waste your money here go to another one, they only have lights not brains.

one star for staff who showing some skills while in a cruise other things are worst than bad…no quality for food no taste also food is not even hot not following standard its in danger zone serving bad quality ….

Not professional booked online charged me different price at the door. Using plates for the tables fourth wheel because it’s not good tables.

Never try this service.Please.. this is my worst experience in Dubai.. There wont have cooperative staffs, they behave like they are providing some free service..

Worst food, it is available for only for few peoples who moves 1st and empty plates for last..

Had a really poor experience at Universal Dhow cruise today… Selling tickets at random prices by claiming premium services. Poor quality cold food served. Worst of all was the service at the ticket desk. Staff doesn’t even have smile or advise customers. All I was told after going to 2 different desks is “ Your name is not in my list “ even though I showed booking confirmation on my phone.

Anyways, never going back to any Of Dhow cruises ever again….

I will not give even one star for Universal Tourism, had very bad experience with this Cruise in my 17 years in Dubai. I will not recommend this cruise to anyone. Food is absolutely worst and pathetic. Staff and service also bad. They don't know how to treat the customers.

Very good, and cooperative. If your budget is low and want to go for dhow cruise, They are the best. Very clean and nice staff. Food quality need to be improved.
