Thanks Waheed for his hard work during summer period. Every time I come to campus, he always stay here! Oh I think he needs to have some vacations for rest :P

I have to say that the email response efficiency is very low, even zero (this problem has been lasting for a whole year, and it is still very inefficient), in other words, the relevant departments are not very responsible. When I applied for a visa in the first year, I had already submitted the application nearly two months in advance, but the school staff kept delaying, and I had to change my flight as I approached the ticket date.

The content taught by lecturers is redundant, and there is no transparent standard for grades.

Another very strange place is that there is a problem with the school's website, inexplicable password modification settings or library system email reminders and inability to log in, etc...

I've been at this uni for 2 years and I have to say that the support staff is still very unsatisfactory and the efficiency of answering emails/doing things is still very poor.

I would like to add my views on the courses. The content of some courses overlaps and has no practical significance. Whether it is useful or not depends on personal opinions. There is no complete right or wrong, only suitable or inappropriate.

The stars only for the lecturers but as management is beyond unprofessional. No response, only relying on intranet. Good luck if you want to reach out to Uni by phone (other than welcoming days, and inductions).

The customer service advisor was rude and condescending! She put us off the university entirely! It is a shame as it has so much potential. Please employ better staff.

Had a wonderful experience with the Admissions team, who was respectful, tolerant and really helpful during our admissions for Business Foundation. Special thanks to Manashi Chowdhury for being kind to us through whole process, as she was always available and helpful, even after work hours.

Very thankful for very supportive people at the frontdesk: Waheed showed great support in finding a wallet (all the money and cards remained in the wallet). In fact, he approached me about it, as I wasn't aware that I had lost it!

I am about to start my studies, and I feel very comfortable on campus, and I always can reach out to Student Hub and Front Desk for any questions.

A very bad experience at this university, WARNING once you pay them your fees or deposits, and you are not satisfied with their service ( which you will never be) you will not get your money back no matter what!
This is my story with them.
It is important for any new program and new student joining, to be administered at the time of the actual program to be able to fully understand and keep up academically throughout the course.
That is of course what I was under the assumption will happen during my registration.
Unfortunately due to the lack of administrative service and communication between departments from the university in enrolling me on time, I was registered after 4 weeks of the launch of the course with a small apology, even though I submitted everything requested on time. They even asked me on January 22nd to accept the offer I accepted on December 28! and still figuring out whether I need an English exam or I am exempt on the very first day of the program! It is clear they are not organized and not keeping track of the student's registration process.
Everyone has already started and progressed and I’m far behind on the program itself. As you know a program on a masters level goes fast and has heavy contents.

After submitting all the proves that it was the university’s mistake, they approved to refund back by written email my 5000 dirhams deposit. After two months of waiting I get a call from a lady from the university saying your request has not been approved, when I tried to discuss it with her, she said I called you to inform you of the decision and not to discuss it with you.
She said this was a mistake from registration management. (ENDLESS MISTAKES)
Very rude and unprofessional. So imagine even high managements are not working together.

THINK MILLION TIMES BEFORE YOU ENROLL WITH THEM. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

For a university with such “reputation” I came to the open day (being in field of education for more than 7 years fyi) with high hopes and excitement, but little did I know it was over the moon disappointing. My whole career experience is in Student Service and Admissions at top 5 ranking universities within the Arab region and to see such rude, racist and unprofessional treatment was laughable and disrespectful towards professionals who work in this field. To see fellow colleagues who treat interested applicants as how we were treated today was very shocking. I am 100% sure what we experienced would never have happened if we dealt with the team from the actual university.

The only good experience I had was speaking to the faculty from the psychology department.

I have dealt on various occasions with top universities internationally and have not experienced what was experienced today.

I would highly suggest management to hire qualified people who have experience in the field.

I would have given no stars if I could.
