Wow.. Honestly I’m so amazed with the service and quality of the flower arrangements of Valentino.

The first time I ordered with Valentino was November last year for my friends birthday. I made another order a day before valentines this year and just finalized my third order for my friends birthday. So I usually WhatsApp them asking for a special arrangement and always promptly receive a reply. Friendly and efficient customer service at its best ⭐️

I mostly end up ordering flowers in a box arrangement together with some ballons. The best part is no matter what time I order they always deliver within the next 2-3 hours…

I receive pictures and a video of the bouquets and the cute handwritten cards before they send it out for delivery, which is a big point too. The arrangements always look stunning and my friends are amazed repeatedly..it’s always the eye catcher at a birthday.

I can’t wait to place another order with this company.. it’s worth every penny.

Every single time I had the same person helping me out.. thank you Joyce, all these nice surprises couldn’t have been managed without you.

I received a Bonsai Tree as a gift. The idea of a Bonsai Tree is absolutely beautiful.
However, Valentino Flowers managed to ruin this beautiful idea. How? By delivering to me a Bonsaj Tree sick and full of insects. I raised it already, but my concern was not taken seriously.
The plants are not being taken care of.
And neither the clients. I’ve been waiting for two weeks now for someone to contact me and help me with this sick plant.
For the price that has been paid, what a shame. What a shame for not providing a great service.

I ordered get well flowers to cheer up a friend who was not feeling great. From confirming the selection of flowers to the delivery was about 3 hours (and at 7 pm Diera traffic). So I was impressed with the efficiency and speed of the staff. Clear communication about the changes they had to make based on the selection today. Thank you Valentino Flowers and Erik for making someone's day.

First of all I would love to extend my appreciation to the staff and I’m sorry didn’t get the pleasure to know her name.
I’m out of the country and had personal issue with my lady and felt I have to apologize by sending flowers at that moment and not far too late.

Googled and I was lucky to find Valentino Flowers, before I placed my order , I thought to call and ask if they can deliver the flowers as soon as they can.

I placed my order and immediately the most kind and helpful lady contacted me on Whatsapp confirming the order have been placed.

I felt this lady could help deliver the flowers sooner if I explain my situation to her.

I was totally right about her and most importantly, impressed with her concern about my situation and her warm good luck wish….

Perfect timing of delivery my lady just woke up, 30 to 40 mins later, I received thank you text from my lady and I can feel the happiness from her words.

Thank you Valentino Flowers management for employing a professional quality service and communication and of course special thanks to the kind person who saved my day.
My lady loved the surprise and I appreciate the service…….best of luck

I haven't been here for a while and it's been decorated since my last visit - the restaurant looks beautiful inside! We had a Sunday roast, which was delicious, meat cooked perfectly and great portion sizes (for the kids meals as well)! Great service, friendly staff, overall it was great, we will definitely be going back!

Came today for lunch they manged to fit us in so I would advise on booking. I haven't been in a while and love the extension and refurbishment. We had the Romney lamb, steak and roast beef. 10 out of ten for each dish. The menu and specials are plentiful but all freshly cooked. I give the staff 10/10 . The owner was great in assisting a fellow elderly birthday boy who had a wee fall in-between the seats. Good place to book out for the family and friends. If you drive by you will the sign "You have just passed a great pub" And you have! Thank you for a delightful lunch and see you soon

Got taken by my family for mothers day, its one of the best places I've been to. The staff were all friendly, they all interacted with my two year old granddaughter, the food was amazing, and the quality and quantity is first rate. Would definitely recommend ????

Wow. The food here is wonderful. The portions are big so be prepared. Even the starters were massive. Lovely outdoor area too and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Me and my kids were camping at Beech Estate near by. We walked to the Squirel Inn - in the rain.

We all had the most delightful meal, the food is great. But that was not all!

it was dark and a little worried about walking back, so asked for the best route. The owner - how is a delightful man, went out of his was to get back. Such a beautiful kind gesture. Reassuring that there are kind souls out there. 6 stars if i could. Thanks again!!!

Bright and friendly pub with a restaurant, serving good homemade food at a reasonable price. Turned up without reserving a table and we were well accommodated. Generous food portions, so much so that disappointingly I could not manage a desert. Would definitely go back when I next visit Battle on business.

Accommodating staff who are a credit to this venue. A very broad menu, which offered something different to most which was a pleasant surprise. Started with the Sussex smokie and poached egg (done to perfection) then on to the liver and bacon (again, couldn't fault it). I rocked up without a reservation, but it could well be worth booking as it always seems a popular venue (I drive past on the commute and it always seems busy on fair weather days) . Would definitely recommend, and fully intend on another visit on a day when we are not experiencing flash flooding to check out the outdoor seating.

Usually can’t fault this place but the Greek salad was utterly disappointing and in comparison to the usually very healthy portions I thought I’d got a side dish by mistake! It wasn’t Greek salad it was mixed leaves half a cherry tomato, half a slice of cucumber, a few small olives and some cubed feta. The extra grilled prawns were nice but an additional £6.50 for 4 prawns!!

A Greek salad should be cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, red onion, olives and a feta, (slab not cubes) all with a seasoning of salt ,oregano and good quality olive oil. no lettuce no leaves!!

My husbands gammon egg and chips on the other hand was as usual chunky and perfect!
