Been to the actual location in Al Barsha. Very nice, clean and modern shop. Before I got there they answered my questions within minutes via Whatsapp when I looked for special products I didn't find elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they sent me the same product in two different bottles, and BOTH didn’t have the nozzle on them. After kindly and calmly telling him what happened and asking for an exchange, Jassim said it was my fault and said he would never exchange it. This business is a SCAM and I will never be ordering from them again and you shouldn’t either. 0/10 customer service, 0/10 product legitimacy.

Horrible service, don't ever ever order from this shop, it took them forever to confirm if the delivery is confirmed or not after delivery, I called and texted and they didn't bother to reply,,, took them1 hour to text back telling me I need to confirm to del charges, they could of told me when I ordered but no, the guy who is handling the WhatsApp replies as if he is in no need of any business,,,

I hade a grate time smoking at your shop. The staff and manager were committed to great service and wear very friendly the atmosphere was awesome and i definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly every vape and e liquid on your menu tasted great.
