Absolutely.....yummy!! with an added bonus of wonderful service.

We are staying at 'the taj' and usual don't always like eating the hotel restaurant but this was worth every penny.

Food was perfect for my kids not at all spicy, full of flavor

Food was so delicious best Indian food my whole family have had for long time.....5 star:).

The manager of the restaurant was very kind and made us feel welcomed even gave us some good tips, where we could purchase our favourite wine.

Super happy, no complaints ????

Over all met the expectations of living up to Taj quality of food. Service could be better. We felt really like we are eating at Taj only when the Chef came over to ask about the dishes and things like that :) this is our 3rd time return to Varq. This time we ordered their Chef’s sampler menu - Veg && Non Veg.
Always loved the grand ambience :)

Amazing food in an amazing hotel.
Top quality ingredients and service.
Best Indian to go to on the Palm and probably the whole of Dubai.
Probably best paneer ever eaten, was fresh and creamy.
Tender mutton main and breads were fantastic (methi praunta and cheese chilli naan).
Ambience was perfect, great background music with a talented lady playing a saxophone.
If whisky drinker have to try the gold fashioned.
Wonderful experience overall.

Had a wonderful lunch experience at varq. everything from menu, service and ambience is superb. some dishes really stand out like kala channa cappuccino, imli sorbet, malai ghewar and dum subji. food presentation was awesome. our servers Pardeep and vyandra did everything to make our lunch outstanding!

Amazing restaurant. Everything is perfect ! Food is excellent. Presentation is wow ! Thanks a lot to chef Pankas! It was fantastic ! Service is beyond all praise. Waiters Mayank and Vivek were super professional and attentive ! Thanks to Risabh Haris for great job ! Definitely will be back !

Ok so by far the best Indian restaurant i had the pleasure to dine in.
And i have been to India.
The service is amazing.
It was so good that we had to go again the next day, and the next one.
Food is simply incredible in both presentation and taste.
The restaurant is designed down to the last detail and so is the dish you will receive.
Simply the best!

Wah Taj...! aptly captures the dining experience at Varq in Taj Exotica. Right from the moment you enter the grand foyer of this Hotel, walk to the restaurant and the complete dining gastronomy is unmistakably a Taj customer experience. Our hospitality was ably served by Abhishek with perfect selection of courses from various cuisines from India. A must dining experience for Indian food and hospitality afficionado.

Everything resonates India, to see the wonderful experience we were offered it made swell with pride.

Traditionally Varq is a finely crafted gold or silver leaf used to garnish gourmet dishes. In the Indian culture this is a symbol of royalty – and this is what Transends in the entire Indian fine-dining experience offered at this restaurant.

Here every plate of food was a canvas where meticulously crafted Indian delicacies were created & served, so beautiful to the last detail.

The plates of food were created using the highest quality ingredients with strong Indian flavours intact, a true ode to modern Indian dining of the finest kind.

We also enjoyed some handcrafted cocktails and boutique spirits offered by their world class mixologists.

Perfect place for an intimate occasion, family celebrations or corporate events.

The stunning show kitchen where ‘feature presentations’ are created is one aspect not to be missed.

We are coming back to explore their wide scrumptious menu soon, as our big Indian hearts are not even close to being full.
