Several people misunderstand that this place serves Malvani cuisine, however they serve primarily east-indian cuisine(though both are primarily seafood based).
The ambience and the staff were excellent.
The food was authentic east-indian style food and was tasty as well. We went as a family and the experience was very good.

My boss extended birthday last 2 days back in yacht !! Vasai Local restaurant who served of our food , Awesome food, fab staff Lovely food, my congratulations to the chef and the rest of the staff!! Very enjoyable meal, friendly & helpful staff.Thank you for preparation of our meal..????????????

If you are looking for authentic Indian food specially fish then Vasai Local is the place…Love their food, amazing service and ambience. Their private catering is also amazing

The food is no where close to koli food. The pickle bought by d waiter was stale and had smell.we returned it. I ordered pomfret thali 45aed, d pomfret had a slight smell and weird taste. Chicken koli curry had only 2 pieces of chicken and it ws fr 28aed. Potato chicken chops was full of potato and for name sake little chicken in dt. Overall its not even worth 1 star. Would never recommend this place. Had gone there after seeing it on curlytalesme on insta. Food had no taste. Solkadi was tasting bad as well. Overpriced , we paid 140 and regret going to this place. In short food was stale which lead to me having an upset stomach.

Vasai local never fails to serve at its best! Thank you for the whole team who arrange the catering for us last night. Service is amazing and food is 100% always on point.

Nothing can beat this as you get authentic Koli food. We cherishd each morsel of all the items placed on the table. Paplet(pomfret) was so fresh and so good, we where just digging into the food. Amazing staff and great place. They have a TV which shows some Koli folk dance and music which took us back to costal belt of Mumbai. Overall a nostalgic trip and an amazing food experience. That you team.

The restaurant serve authentic Maharashtrian food. Love the ambience they try to provide. Even the food is quite tasty and the staff here is too good they help you to decide the menu.I love this place specifically for the bombil fry. Usually I order from here if I miss Mumbai food
