How many stars should one shoot for this assessment?

Among the 3 brothers of us, each is a world traveler, this restaurant earned all 5 stars in one run, with no counter argument of reservation.

Thanks for the Chef, who surprised us with one great and tasty dish after the other. Thanks for this energetic team.

We had to try 5 of his master crafts pizzas and also the appetizer, not to miss the sweet. We were pulled out by the outstanding taste and the pizza was simply unparalleled and has its own characteristics. We had to carry some takeaway food, to ensure that we try the great and we’ll handcrafted food varieties

Don’t miss the pistachio gelato and it’s one of its kind, being home made with fine ingredients.

Congratulations for the great food and team service (to all attendants) and for attaining such a high quality caliber, which will provide good distance ahead from the nearest competitor.

Surely a place that worth repeating, provided that it sustains with its current excellence, as we tried in early June 2023.

Hint: For the parking, we opted to walk from the Blue Waters Island Dubai, for easier access and exit. Also, to enjoy and walk from to the restaurant.

If you're looking for an exceptional Italian culinary experience, this restaurant is the one for you! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food offered, especially the tiramisu which is undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. The mix of textures and flavors is absolutely delicious. The truffle pasta was also out of this world. The creamy sauce was perfectly balanced with the earthy flavor of the truffle, and the pasta was perfectly cooked.

The service was also very good, with welcoming and attentive staff always ready to recommend dishes or answer our questions. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, with soft music in the background that created a pleasant atmosphere.

In summary, this Italian restaurant in Dubai is a must for all Italian cuisine lovers. The dishes were delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. I highly recommend the tiramisu and truffle pasta, which are a must-try.

????????????Best Pizza in Dubai!

Being Italian I was in search of a good Italian pizzeria.

I was very surprised by Via Toledo: the location is exceptional, we had dinner on the terrace and the view was fantastic.

The restaurant in general is cared for in every detail and the perceived quality is very high. The quality of the location is also reflected in the dishes on offer: delicious pizzas, unique combinations and in general an excellent choice of raw materials!

Finally, a worthy thanks goes to the owner Francesco, a very kind and kind-hearted person who made us spend an unforgettable evening!

We will definitely be back!

The best pizza in my life and I’ve eaten pizza in Naples and everywhere else in italy. Inside a super fashion location with a friendly and competent personnel. Highly suggested!

I was suggested by a friend to go as I am always in the hunt for real Italian food.
The location is definitely worth the long journey to get there from DIFC, the view I believe is one of the best you can have in JBR area.
Outside space is outstanding, beautifully designed and furnished.
We decided to have dinner inside, where I was impressed by the care and attention to details. The statue by the bar add an extra touch to an, already beautiful restaurant.
We were greeted by a young female Italian Manager who, unfortunately left straight after as we were served by a young and extremely professional waitress.
The menu has many options, where I can definitely see and imagine the extra touch from an Italian chef.
The pizza options is large and has everything you need to satisfy you. (Gourmet Pizza)
We tried the Gamberi from Mazara with buffalo mozzarella(gamberi were delicious), Fritto Misto was excellent and then we tried Pizza with truffle and ricotta which in my opinion was really heavy.(Dough was as it should be)
We then tried the Fusilloni with ragù napoletano and provolone which in my opinion wasn’t as good as I thought.
No dessert was chosen as we were definitely full.
Overall we left satisfied, the place has a huge potential and thanks to his location can definitely achieve what they aim to.
I would personally try to introduce 2/3 items of the old and traditional Italian cuisine, the ones that make all of us proud of being Italians when it comes to food but this is just a personal preference.
I wish the best to all the staff of this beautiful place and I will surely be back.

A very elegant decoration. Perfect view and perfect location in Address JBR hotel. A super nice staff especially the host a polite Italian lady she makes you feel at home. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Pizza is different even from the pizza you try in Italy. Pasta was normal nothing social but also so good. I really really recommend the place.

What a surprise in Dubai! I spent the NYE at Via Toledo Dubai with My friends and everything was super! We order three different starter, three different main dishes and pizza…and all of them were fantastic! The quality of the food was superlative. The idea behind the concept Toledo is unparalled than the others restaurants. The location and the staff are fantastic and we were very comfortable
