You get what you pay for.
Entrance to the rooftop is free, but prices up there are not for the faint-hearted.
The view is totally worth it. Although being a bit lower, you actually can see stuff, now everything can look like an ant-city. But that doesn't take the beauty away. It's amazing being up there.

The views are amazing, the staff very kind and friendly. And the food was really nice. So, what else could you ask for... Definitely will come back before living Dubai.

Awesome atmosphere and the nost breathtaking view in Dubai.
Food is good but a bit overpriced.
Service is ok. Waiters need more training and courtesy. There was delay in food and when i asked for the bill, the waiter came and mentioned the amount loud in front of my guest which embarassed me.

I would go back for sure and highly recommend the place.

I enjoyed my dinner there, the quality of food and service was perfect. I can say the restaurant have the best view ever. Special thanks for Deepa she was friendly and smiling.

Overall:. Amazing views and perspective of JBR and Bluewater. I would only go for the views, not the food.

Decor: Amazing views! Nice but simple furnishings. When we went there were very limited umbrellas. This is quite concerning as being on a rooftop terrace in the Dubai sun can get quite warm.

Service:. Service team was ok, but they didn't seem to be too enthusiastic about their jobs.

Food:. It was just ok. Plenty of other places that have better Japanese.

This place provided us with the best customer service experience we had in Dubai.

And me and my wife were quite thinking about this aspect, as you can have good and not so good experiences in Dubai.

But this was the best so far in many.

Rahul was really nice while serving our food and taking care of us while Nabobita, Nikesh and Nigel also came to check if everything is ok as we were celebrating my wife's 33 birthday with this amazing view.

A great experience at the Zeta 77 lounge on top the address hotel in JBR. The food was lovely - we ordered the tempura roll, duck spring roll, wagyu steak & grilled lobster. All four dishes were delicious and worth to try. Their japanese cheesecake and espresso coffee were average. The weather on that day was a bit windy, so make sure to check before making a reservation. Also, there is a minimum payment of 477 AED per person which has to be done beforehand.

I visited with my friends two times.The view was very amazing,I could watched very beautiful marina, yachts,helicopters and beaches. I had to deposit 475AED per person and ate sea food.

Lovely riverside park with free parking for 4 hours. About half full on a lunchtine Saturday in July. Wooden jetty for small craft launches and a small slipway over the food bridge and under the railway bridge. Lovely Riverside walks. Saw a couple of baby deers too.

Pretty good place to launch small craft into Wroxham broad Street all the boats are. Free car park not too far from the water and not very busy. Bit of a path to walk around, we didn't walk around though.
We didn't use it to put in our kayak as it looked too busy with all the day boats cruising around.

Leave your car in the free car park and enjoy a nice picnic in this quiet little secluded area, close to the river.
