Mrs. Michell accepts the customer through the phone just to attract the client without informing the price and how is the busy mechanic shop.
Unprofessional behavior from Mr. Saeed (mechanical man) that ask for 400 AED just checking the car
(they should informed the customer in advance).

I had a bad experience dealing with the garage owner, their prices are 2-3 times higher than the market average, and the repair works didn't last more than a month where it broke down again.
Its frustrating , time and money waste.

I have dealt with VIP German on a number of occasions over the past eight years for the service and maintenance of my Q7, and I have invariably found them genuine, professional and conscientious. The owner Mr Mohanad has consistently provided cost-effective solutions for repairs, whilst never compromising on the quality of work. In fact, I have found them superior to the Audi dealership in terms of cost and reliability! He and his team display a very high standard of customer service. I would recommend them strongly!

Always great customer service from Mr Mohannad and Mr Khalid. I come here after my Jaguar warranty expired because it is not a shop, the brothers built it for a customer to come in and feel good about the work and service.

Polite, friendly, hospitable staff, technicians. Quick, reliable service. Reasonable charges. I would definitely recommend to those whose German cars are older than 6-7 years.
