changed the engine oil for my car and the experience was perfect and fast.. the Technician Shehab is absolutely professional as well as the reception guy..

I was raiting them earlier 4 stars for oil change. Today, I need to change 4 tyres for my car. I called them 4 times until they picked up the phone. After that, he promised to provide a quotation for available brands, but nothing was received. I called rhem back and no answer.

I think they are not interested in selling tyres.

Reduce 2 stars for this.

Best place to buy Nexen tyres. Good facility and good technicians. Explained well about tyres. The Call centre team is very responsive and arranged my schedule well.

Finalized on Al Saeedi Pro after going through a lot of research. Some of my colleagues recommended them.

Their staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I want to mention Athul who arranged for a different set of tires on my request at the last moment and helped me get a really good price.

I will surly recommend this place and Athul to anyone who is in market to replace tyres.

I couldn’t write a new review, so I will add it to my old one. Sharply 4 months later I came back to Saeedi Pro Rashidiya team, and what I should say, services are on the highest level ! Will be back !

Bought new Bridgestone for my X5.
But there is an tyre blooming issue, Guess that they were stored outside without proper packing.
But appreciate Mr.Shafeek who tried to care of it regardless an issue.
He was very impressed that he really wanted to solve this issue for me.
I will definitely visit him again for my other 2 more cars.
After sales is very important for me and he proved it.
