It's again happened to me, old products walnut I have never seen it looks like from a few years,
I was going enjoy in the car but unfortunately it wasn't for eat ????????????

Awful customer service at the branch in JLT. Normally there is a good number of staff working, but just one cashier with a very long line. The girl doing the till was so stressed while the others were doing who knows what. They have rotten fruits on display. The packed products are alright. Check expiring dates and prices before you head to the till and please ask for your receipt and check it properly before you leave the shop.

Viva offers a wide range of good quality products. Their frozen food variety is good, one can find mixed vegetables, beans, parhatha and more.
The fruit and vegetable section is small but offers a good choice.
They constantly offer discounts on many food items like sauce, bread, nuts, and on household items such as detergents, soaps, paper towels and much more

It's ok- only bought cilantro and it was a bit wilted looking also came in a ginormous bunch- like almost as big as a small bunch of flowers lol. Don't know anyone who can use such a massive amount of cilantro. Seems to be cheap prices but lacking in a lot of products. I waited in a long line and seemed they were training a cashier, acting like there are no customers waiting which was a little inappropriate. Also not super clean. I wouldn't come back unless out of other options.

Viva JLT - Careful with sale item and most of all the cashiers (Specially Dorji Lama) are rude and even shouting when you ask them why the price are not the same as posted. I even recommended this stores to my friends but after our experience surely will never go back. This only shows poor staff training or just they don’t care about costumer service.

One of the major groceries here offering budget friendly imported groceries. They sell meat, vegetables and fruits, dairy, dry products, houseware and kitchenware. Queueing line can be quite long during rush hours between 5-7pm.

Went to VIVA in Cluster E JLT today. I only bought a few things as I am going to cook. When I’m about to pay, I saw that the other counter was not busy so I went there and the cashier told me that she was only doing “Online Delivery Check-Outs” so I said no problem and went to the other counter which was already very busy, then one lady on a push cart went to her and she checked out her goods. Like why can’t you tell her the same thing you told me and other customers while we are all falling in line in 1 counter?
