Worst experience ever had.. They are unprofessional... very strict and not cooperating at all. failed my car ????
it's like a new car with new tyres and battery but just to make money doing so ....

never experienced such anywhere else..... better go to any other centre

Pathetic customer service, taking too much time to complete the service , zero understanding and very very rude behavior Specially Employee name Howra she doesn’t know how to talk with customer Really time wasted and pathetic customer service

The lady at the Reception was so kind enough to remind me ask to which Emirate the buyer want to transfer the vehicle. As i am not familiar to the rules, i would have genuinely opted a wrong one.

Senior lady at the counter was a little frustrated tho.!! Still the Reception Angel saved me a lot of time and inconvenience.

I went there today for my new plate and the service was really amazing and quick. Reception greeted me nicely and advised where to go. Counter 10 attended by agent named Farhan was very friendly with nice communication and offered me with thanks a bottle of water. The installation of the new plate was very quick and the whole process from walk in till service completed took less than 15 minutes. This is location is highly recommended

Very neat and clean place and efficient staff / inspectors. It takes just 5 minutes to inspect your vehicle. During the inspection you can sit inside the waiting area and watch your vehicle on CCTV (good close look if your vehicle is in Bay4).
They charge 170 for Sedan and in case of fail result you can go for retest in just 70.

Best and less crowded place for vehicle testing with expert and unbiased inspectors. Highly recommended ????.
