I have to agree with some comments, I was looking to sell/trade my new Rolex and the offer I got was a joke. I do understand they need to make money but low offers are ridiculous. I ended up taking the watch to the luxury Souq (best place in Dubai you can take your watch) and I was able to sell my watch for the proper market value.

The only reason why I don't give a 1 start is because at least the customer service was decent. But I recommend to better go somewhere else, you can get better prices.

Salesperson doesn’t even acknowledge or look at you. He stays seated behind the counter looking down.
The security guard is actually polite and welcomes you, but of course, with such a behavior from the salesperson, it does not feel like a welcoming place to shop.

It was a great experience visiting the store and find some of the rarest watches on display. They have a good inventory if you are looking for one such piece. I was dealing with Imed Kaaroud who is extremely knowledgeable about watches and highly professional.

The best watch shop in Dubai! A very comfortable setting, amazing inventory and best of all outstanding customer service (especially from Jaoud). I have visited many times and bought and sold watches and process of doing both can not be any easier. Great prices and fair valuations for trade ins. For all your watch needs, please ask for Jaoud and he will find you what you are looking for and the best price.

It's a very professional setup, the shops interior is very well done and the staff is knowledgeable. The range of watches they have is quite impressive.

I was short on time the first visit but definitely visiting them again.

Overall, my experience was amazing and got my first Rolex piece from Watchbox, Gate Avenue branch.
This shop has variety of options and many luxurious brands.
The staff at Watchbox are professional and up to the standards that any customer may expect. I was lucky to deal with Jawad, he advised me to the right piece and I was really satisfied from the overall experience.

I recently bought a 1992 Rolex sub date 16610 from here. The watch was in perfect condition with just being serviced and came with box and papers, the price offered was very good and competitive.

After fist coming into the shop early Jan and speaking to Jaouad about the kind of watch i was after, he kept in touch with me with regular updates and eventually one was a match. The customer service was very professional and sale was straight forward.

I would certainly buy from Jaouad and watch box again.
