I took a Rolex Datejust for cleaning and polishing (will never be sold so don’t care about people’s views on this). The service from start to finish was superb - great communication and the final product was immense - the watch looked brand new again. Would recommend the team 100%. The only negative was the building - the parking and the lifts in the building let the overall experience down but the actual quality of the work is superb and I will be returning.

Great service from the team at Watch Maestro. I had to get an evaluation for insurance purposes. Iain and the team made the process very straightforward and went over and above to meet my tight timing request (as I was travelling that same evening).

Great service from Iain, I wasn’t really looking for a watch just now but a good deal came up for a Hublot I like. Very nice boutique store with expansion imminent.
