I love this place very much, but unfortunately I went on Sunday and the service was very bad. The two employees who work at the cashier have bad service. There is no arrangement for customers to stand for the checkout. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes to pay, then another person comes and takes my place to buy because they did not arrange a line for the cashier to stand When I tell the girl at the cashier that she took my place, she laughs at me and answers the phone and ignores me. It's the worst service ever I will never come there ????????????????????????????????????????

Dubai mall branch was very accommodating. they made sure to answer all my questions about the products and recommended what products to purchase based on my needs. Donna is a star! She is definitely an asset to the company. Keep up the good work, Donna !????????????

Would give them minus 100, not even zero, the worst experience with the customer service!!! I’ve ordered online and got a package with 3 missing items!!! They are just ignoring me for a week, I didn’t get a refund or delivery with those items, no updates or calls on this even!
Would never ever recommend to anyone, seriously it’s just a disaster, until now I’m wasting my time to reach out to them

I Came to exchange something I bought a few minutes ago, since I realised I got the wrong one, they didn’t allow the exchange due to the promotion of buy one get one free , the free one was already opened not by me but by the shop or someone else and the staff was not cooperating and had a bad attitude toward me

Tried to call the line number for 2 days, costumer service is lover than 0… they picking up the call and not talking back just having fun in background, in the end I got my number blocked ????????u200d♀️

I had the worst experience their customer service I would give it a zero. The sales ladies are so choosy on who to assist and who not to assist .The reason I bought something from there despite zero efforts in assisting to choosing a foundation color was because they really had the shades that I wanted.

Not even one star I visited dubai mall on 8 th July during evening time one lady at the maybelline counter was so rude judging us staring at us from top to bottom I wanted to buy maybelline products but she didn’t help instead shouted at me I wanted to file a complaint against her for miss behaving with a day I ignored but now I realize she did it again with my friends when they visited don’t get anything from here zero star is this how you treat your customer

Nicely set-up store! When you walk-into the shop, you'll find two sets of bags, if you are like me and prefer to shop without being disturbed then opt for the white lined bag rather than the red one which means you need more assistance. Well I mistakenly picked the other, but didn't mind the extra support I got from the super-friendly staff. They've got unique products, amazing offers on their various ranges and an additional 25% off for members on free sign up to their loyalty Programme. The only downside was the app promises you 200 welcome points which you will get only on purchasing which is not clear and also the billing clerk didn't seem all that friendly when I tried to sign-up without having made a purchase.
