Some of their products are good but way too expensive. Even on sale they are more than what you will pay in u.s. Its hard to find anyone to assist , most were on their phones or chatting with each other . Only one lady helped me eventually and was paying attention to customers .

Super helpful SA’s at this location. I’ve been purchasing my kids entire furniture collection here for years and it’s solid customer service which has made me a loyal customer at PB Kids Dubai Mall. This time I was helped by Bikesh who was extremely patient and courteous with me as he assisted me via WhatsApp and I place my orders with such ease. Love this store.

Received outstanding service from Ms. Jelly - she was super knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent communicator. She helped me to select a kids blanket and processed my monogramming request in record time. A wonderful ambassador for Pottery Barn 10/10!

It was a very pleasant experience buying through the phone as Ahmad Salem in Fubai Hills store sent the photos and videos of the collection required and explained the differences. The mode of payment was simple and fast. Invoicing was quick. Thank you.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I called the Mirdiff branch to ask about availability of an item. I was told it was available and a payment link was sent to me. Once paid the branch called me and confirmed it will be delivered to the Dubai Mall branch within 3 days. I received a missed call from Pottery Barn Kids. I called back several times and no one answered. A few days later I visited the Dubai Mall branch only to wait for an entire hour while they tried to locate the item! After an hour I was told that they couldn’t find it and they were waiting for the warehouse to confirm delivery. I was promised I would receive an update by phone. The next day I called to follow up and was told the manager was still checking with the warehouse. The day after I called and the person who answered said they would check. It’s been 4 days since I visited the store and till now no one has bothered to contact me! Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!

Great quality furniture without a doubt. Been a regular customer for more than a decade. Also I would like to mention great customer service by Mr. Neil. He is very thorough and helping and above all he goes an extra mile to assist the customer to decide what is best for them. He has immense knowledge of all the products and guides you what suits you best with great patience and politeness. Mr. Usama is also very gentle and kind salesman. Well done and keep going.
