Don't get me wrong, they did a good 10m Thai massage. But after that they just went full sales pitch mode for you know what.

Once they realized I didn't want that, they got angry and just massaged the same spot badly for a bit. Then said "I'll be right back". I asked for a refund but didn't get any. Sad.

It's so weird that it's that kind of place, since it's inside a hotel and expensive. Keep in mind the initial fee was for Thai massage. They asked for extra for extra things. So confusing

Probably the worst massage and service i’ve ever had. booked for a Thai massage 60 minutes with oil with my partner, massage lasted for 45 mins with no oil.
Complained at front desk for a partial refund as i didn’t get the service i paid for and the lady was very unprofessional and unhelpful and accused me of lying about finishing early, she also smirked when the complaint was raised.
Definitely not returning and I strongly suggest nobody goes here for a massage.
Unprofessional, disrespectful and lack of customer service.

Unprofessional horrible massage and finished early. Asked for a partial refund and they threatened to call the police. Therefore I had to explain the UAE consumer rights to them and then the tables turned

23 April 2023, my experience very worst, but my friends experience was nice. It depends to the lady to lady.
She is asking money and tips since she was new and didn't get the salary from 3 months as she told me.
I don't know her name.

Amazing place. Friendly staff. Clean environment. After a long flight this is a perfect place to relax and get a great massage. Thank you for your hospitality.
