Food was worth the money, taste was authentic and also the staff was so warm n welcoming specially one of the staff member Mr. Roshan was very warm and kind. Thankyou for the amazing experience. Must try

Highly overrated!!
Food was ok but service & hospitality is pathetic.

Along with Chicken Bao, we asked them extra plain bao for the kid. They charged almost the same price for the Bao!!. Considering our total bill was around AED 400 for 4people, I didn't expect them to charge like this.

Lamb chops was very bad and we didnt finish.

I tried their modern and signature tasting menu for Iftar ,From flavourful snacks and kebabs to sweet treats and more, The sweet menu also features gajar bakhlava, jalebi raberi and much more..
Must try their Shimeji mushroom broth scented with truffle oil and served in Japanese tea cups. I tried their mutton biryani and they have so many different flavors of mutton dishes. Do right it out! Book your spot to sample the signature dishes now, by visiting zabardastbistro

This was an amazing Indian Fusion Set Menu Iftar by zabardastbistro with lots of chef special fusion dishes

zabardastbistro is a place to experience Modern Indian Fusion on Budget in Dubai

The dishes included
- stuffed dates, mix fruit platter, fresh juices
- Lamb haleem, beetroot chops, chicken cutlets
- mutton paya shorba & truffle Mushroom consommé
- Asparagus Salad
- Mix grill (Chicken Charcoal + Kakori Seekh kebab + Hariyali Tikka)
- Awadhi Briyani, Chicken Tikka Masala / kosha Mangsho, bread and Raita
- Gajjar ka Baklawa with gulab Jamun, stuffed beet Rasmalai was absolutely delish !

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing vibes, food and service. Staff are extremely welcoming and make great recommendations.

After seeing many instagram reels on this restaurant we thought of giving a try for weekend lunch. Restaurant was almost empty. Looking at it we had our own doubts. We opted for chef tasting menu. Even though they say it’s 11 course but in reality it’s 5 course. As I don’t eat mashroom I opted for roasted pumpkin soup. It was more of a coconut flavored. I dint feel even a bit of pumpkin flavor. I think it was the only dish worth mentioning. Their peanut butter paneer tikka dint impress me and without raita what is tawa pulao?? Beetroot chops was okayish. Lentil vada and gravy had nothing much to say about. They made Gulab jamoon baklava so complicated to even understand what they are trying to say about the dish. Ghevar with home made rose ice cream was so hard to eat. In the name of fusion dishes they really spoiled the experience of fine dining. Staffs were really nice and polite but after every dish they were coming and asking opinion about which made me feel I m in master chef???? and we go to restaurant to spend time with our friends or family while enjoying the food not to become the judge of cookery show. Over all it was below average experience. I Don’t think I will go back to them again. They really need to up their game if they have to stay in the competition.
