Poor service.. ordered online and delivery was delayed for 5 hours. We kept on calling every hour and they kept on saying it’s out for delivery. Best to avoid wasting time with this branch. Ended up cancelling the order as we had perishable goods ????????

Change your timings on google if you always close lights and shop at 11.30pm! And even at 11.20pm you refused to cut our meat that we wanted to buy saying that it’s closed already!

Worst delivery time ever!! Never gave anyone a bad review but this is just too much to handle. Please improve your customer service and delivery time. In your app it says upto 4 hrs delivery, I get it and accepted it but more than 4 hours of waiting is too much! I needed to cancel my order after waiting for 5 hrs, and guess what, my order came after 30 mins that I've cancelled it. Not happy at all, very poor service. I always gives chance and still order here because they have very good cheap deals, but becuase of this I rather pay more and get what I paid for than wait.
