Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous issues with the apartment and tried to bring them to the attention of the staff. However, they were dismissive and unresponsive, making me feel as though my concerns were not important. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff.
Additionally, upon checkout, I encountered further issues with the staff. They were uncooperative and unhelpful when I had questions about my final bill and refused to provide any explanation for the charges.
Overall, my experience here was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality customer service or a comfortable stay. The unhelpful and rude staff made the experience unpleasant from start to finish.

I loved everything about this hotel... Staff , Hospitality, atmosphere....etc.
I highly recommend this Hotel for a delightful vacation. , friendly staff specially Ms.Eman welcomed us very well and she was so friendly and helpful.

The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic customer service. Whenever I had an issue or question, they either ignored me or gave me vague and unhelpful answers.
As the location seemed very close to downtown I ended up getting a 4 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. This is the biggest mistake. Don’t fall for the location. I ended up paying them money to confirm the booking. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency I had to postpone the trip and literally requested them to postpone the dates to a different month. They are so rude to respond and have said they cannot do it as their systems do not allow them. After several phone calls a lady named Anushree has told that they will modify the dates given I pay 1500AED extra fee for each night. First they told me that modification is impossible due to their systems and then ask me to pay extra fee to modify. They only care about money and the service is extremely terrible. Lastly they never connect you to a higher management solve your issue. This is a very shady place and please stay away from them and don’t lose your money.
Overall, it has been a complete disaster and I lost the money I paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay.

everything fantastic and wonderful, comfortable and clean .
Staff friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ms.Eman who organized everything for us to be our stay comfortable, she was like the star that lights everything for the guests.
