Highly recommended place for authentic kerala food. Extremely clean a tidy atmosphere, all staffs are very friendly.

Indian foods are quite good, but the Filipino food and Chinese food we ordered are not that good. But would still have Indian meals here some other time.

This was one of my go-to places for breakfast every day. The food is good 99% of the time. However, after my last visit, I decided not to go there anymore. The reason being RUDE STAFF. Last time, I ordered for chickpeas, and it was a little hard and needed a little more cooking. I try not to make a scene and instead of returning the food I eat it and just give my review to the waiter or manager; so they know what's happening and do something about it next time. But the waiter there took things personally and started to get all defensive with me and said to me, " Then why did you eat it?". I told him I ate coz i didn't want to make it a big issue. However, i am just giving you my opinion, If it matters. Clearly it didn't!

Secondly the attitude and body language of the people who serve there are crazy bad. They need some special course on customer service. If you call them to ask for something extra, they don't respond. They just give you a stare as if you asked for some personal favor and they just go away. I wish the management of the place gets to know this. Coz it doesn't matter how good the food is or the place is, if the staff are not up to the mark, people will eventually lose interest.

The Wide Range as a restaurant was full of surprises as I wasn't expecting a Lebanese grill at a South Indian restaurant to taste good (highly recommended). The price to quantity ratio is at par. The only problematic thing was the waiting time after ordering food which was considerably longer & nothing was done to compensate for it. I came here for lunch

I would recommend this restaurant only for the Mixed Grill Lebanese, to any foodie on a budget living in that area and if you happen to get yourself caught in an unfamiliar location like Al Quoz, you know where to head out.

Wide range...... A big thanks for the amazing experience of delectable food! My brothers have been recommending me wide rang for long and only 2 days before I got a chance to enjoy the flavours.
The quantity and quality of the food should be claimed a superior position in the review.... it was soooo tasty yummy and finger-licking. Food was really awesome in its quality and quantity. The taste of malabar chicken still remains in my tongue.... And another important thing about the restaurant is the customer service... from the movement we stepped in the restaurant the staffs made sure to make us feel ease and comfortable.
Each and every staffs, waiters to cashier welcomed us with a heartfelt smile... They were attentive.... unlike many other restaurant wide range didn't made us wait long for food...
When the tasty food satisfied our tummies the behaviour and smiles of the staffs filled my mind!!!

I've seen some negative reviews about the restaurant, I can't stop myself from saying that they are begrudging..... There are some people who simply gives negative comments and reviews on good things like for their personal satisfaction, without thinking about the efforts, hardwork, and time many have spend on the institution.

For sure I'll visit wide range again....

Taste good... friendly staff... but for the summer the A/C is not enough to enjoy the delicious food... that was the only negative side of this restaurant... love the varieties and taste...????????????

The worst thing about this restaurant is the manager doesn’t know how to deal with the customer and doesn’t have a patience to hear the customers need . They serving the food with high price without quantity and quality. I
won’t recommend this restaurant for anyone .
