A place with a relaxing atmosphere and a big tree making good shade. There is a fixed menu for the day. Recommend lemon tart and homemade lemonade.

XVA Gallery, Dubai: Bastakia quarter is where art or history lovers flock to. It’s a beautiful cobbled stone square where the gorgeous traditional motifs and stoic simple architecture stlll abound. Stones and palm trees all scream desert cool and the elegant canopies provide the aesthetic and the relief from the hot scorching sun. XVA hotel, gallery and hotel is that relief find you’ll stumble on even a hot winter day. It’s elegant, quiet and the courtyard is majestic with the ancient tree and her aged roots taking centrstage. It’s artistic alright - with well curated art pieces strewn everywhere. Dubai is famed for high prices. Even drinks do cost an arm and leg so this is where you put your tired legs to the rest and soak in the elegance. #eatstylishtravelstylish

A hidden gem in Dubai! Cosy and freindly place to gather with friends. Menu is limited but food is clean and tasty. It has small pieces of art here and there subtly blended with trees.

The place checks for vibes ???? not sure how they managed to keep it cool even in summer but you won’t feel hot. Breakfast menu doesn’t have a lot of options but the omelet paratha was good and their special breakfast platter was good too. Quantities are good as well. Won’t recommend the coffee but their mint tea was divine

Love this spot and all the people that work there are fabulous! It’s a organic vegetarian concept with really yummy food + they are dog friendly which is a massive plus.

Really nice art café set in a courtyard dominated by a big tree. With a chill atmosphere supported by the adjacent gallery, the place offers tasty food, coffee and juices and is busy with tourists/ expats. Recommended.

Solemn, tidy, cozy and nice place to stay if you are not in hurry.
Staff are accommodating

Such a vibrant and artistic cute cafe, away from the city’s hustle and bustle.
Good place for your next coffee date.
More of vegetarian dishes, and food is very average and not worth the penny spend.
But , still go for the vibe, i must say????
