I wish to give less than 1 star . First time I see in history of hypermarket. 1 cashier(Indian girl) who was cleaning store floor once she done cleaning she went back to her cashier station without washing hands start working on counter and her behaviour was rude as hell . I was discussed from this experience I will not go back there . I will believe that place is in operation for junkies and chunke . Gross

You will be lucky if you receive the exact items that you have ordered through whatsapp.out of 6 ,5 times they had send the wrong item.
1.ordered chapathi,received porotta
2.ordered green chilli,received green mango
3.ordered 5 dosa mix,received 3

Very bad experience from the order receiving team over there!

i had a very bad experience today, bought Red grapes which was packed in transparent container, and checked at home it was full of fungus, i went to return and staff are not even bothered to offer cash refund neither exchange, they are just laughing and discussing with each other, when i asked for branch manager he is another level of worst fellow, arguing with me instead of regretting.
i request all consumers to check the perishable items before purchase, most of the fruits are rotten / funguses in this store.
forgot to take the pictures due to morning office hours.

Good variety of grocery items can be found, however very few kind of fruits, not much. Price wise some items are priced higher compared to other supermarkets & some are low. Offers are not that great but for those items that are cheaper it is ok. It is rather a supermarket, can't be called a hypermarket at all, since alot of other products are missing.

All the Grocery items, fruits, vegetables n fish/chicken, I buy from here.
They will deliver on call/whatsapp.

Good weekly offers but the staff doesn't know how billing works, they overcharge card payment to round-off just like they overcharge cash payments.

The place Probably pockets loads of money from customers in loose change like this.

One of the fine place for shopping in alqusais, compared to lulu price is very low, nice staffs
