Horrible customer service. I was served by Layal.
I placed an order on Deliveroo and placed a note that said to add garlic sauce on the side since it’s nowhere in the menu to add.
I got a call from the restaurant telling me that they can’t add that because it’s extra charge and I paid already.
I called the restaurant again and miss Layal answered, I explained to her the situation and she said sorry your order is packed and waiting to be delivered and there’s no request to garlic sauce we can’t do anything. I explained to her and asked her to check with the chef and if she can plz add the sauce before the delivery picks it up to which she said “no sorry we can’t” with not even an explanation to why.

It’s safe to say will never be ordering from this place ever again. Hope that garlic sauce was worth losing customers for.

Ordered 3 dishes online. We had different views whether it was 4 or 5 star. I guess it will vary from dish to dish as my Shish Barak was little bit chewy. The quantities were adequate and elegantly stored on a nice round packaging. The food was fresh and arrived on time. They offer the same daily dishes but with smaller portions and a juice for the kids and at lower prices, which I thought was very convenient.
Definitely worth a try.

Very bad experience it has nothing to do with the Lebanese food or taste! First super small portion ! Exactlyyy 6 pieces of vine leaves and 2 tiny zucchini! Vine leaves also were not stuffed neatly all the rice was out! Over prized as compared to the portion! Zucchini was not cooked well! Food lacks spices! And the worst part was the meat! They sent me a piece of fat / cartilage that is not edible we usually throw this away! It didnt even has meat!
I dont recommend them at all im really disappointed i was craving sooo bad for this dish right now i feel that i cant even think of it anymore ????

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews! As I consider Yawmi the best and most reasonably priced Lebanese restaurant with generous portions. I've been ordering and eating daily from Yawmi for the past weeks. I'm very happy with the food, it feels home cooked, tasty and light. Yawmi has offered a chance for me to rest a bit from cooking while still enjoying a home cooked meals with a very good portion and price. Please give it a try and don't listen to the bad reviews. So far I have enjoyed kifta with potato, chicken with potato, mograbiyeh, musakhan rolls, burghul with tomatoes, lentil soup, fatoush and tabooleh.

Not even a single star I want to give. Worse experience ever. My child got sick food poisoning through it. Vomiting a lot. Taste wise pathetic and look quantity wise even not appealing. Smells bad.

I ordered mediterranean salmon with roasted vegetables. There was no seasoning in the food, it was so tasteless, bland and had weird smell. I had that smell in my mouth for the whole day despite drinking water again and again and eating other things. I am not going to order from that place again.Horrible experience! Don't waste your money.

Food belongs to no cuisine, and not fresh , images looks attractive on entertainer but reality is completely different, they have nice packaging though, the orange juice is very cheap quality though package carrying an organic word

Very very very bad customer services

I received the food after 3 h

I have called the customer services to follow up my food they said sorry we are late then I asked for refund they said no refund and once I received the food was different then what I ordered

If you want to sit down, think twice because there's always somone using up the whole bench. Never make eye contact with anyone and make sure that you love the taste of pollution. ;)
