I've been using yelo for a while. They are based in Saudi Arabia, where they have many branches, including this one in Dubai and in Cairo, I believe. They provide good service with all workers in the terminal office as well as the rental parking area being friendly and efficient. The cars are as booked and are in great condition. The only issue is the actual car rental parking area at DXB T1. It's small and gets crowded most with all other rental companies and people trying to find it.

I paid a deposit of 1000 AED, they told me that i would receive it within 30 days after returning the car. But its been over 2.5 months now and i didn’t yet receive my deposit.

Not recommended at all.

Poor Services

Positives:
Cheap.

Areas of Improvement:
Location (difficult to meet the staff and to get there).
Opportunistic for refueling full through more than needed.
Crowded and long time check in and check out, (take care you may miss your flight).

The worst service ever . They didn’t return the 1000AED deposit until I complained to Dubai government. They keep ignoring me for almost 2 months.

I have been patient for so long…why is it so hard to refund my deposit it’s been over a month already and they keep telling me to wait and wait and now they stopped picking my calls or respond to my text on WhatsApp…I might need to involve the government on this issue bcus I need my money back…what kind of stupid extortion is this????????u200d♂️

I asked for something specific and they told me the car i’m renting has it and when i got into the car it wasn’t

Very bad experience, it took more than hour to get my car.
I totally don’t recommend this company to people who have self respect.

Excellent local family business and customer service.

I had an old family tapestry re-framed. Delighted with the outcome. Really exceeded my expectations as to how it would turn out. Very reasonable price for this.

I also enquired about getting a painting restored. The staff took time to look into whether this was possible and were knowledgeable in this area.

I enjoyed seeing the various paintings in the gallery when I visited.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful restoration work carried out here. I travelled from Aberdeenshire to have an oil painting cleaned, restored and framed. I was unable to find anywhere locally to have the work carried out but after speaking to Mr Alder on the telephone I made the journey to Beauly. The painting of my late mother has been transformed and is now in a more appropriate frame. I am delighted with the service that I received and the very fair price that I paid for the service.
