One of the best and most crowded mandi place in Dubai. This offers huge range of mandis. We tried Fish and Mutton Mandi, both of them were amazing. The service is superb, you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink and the meal ends with a dessert which makes the entire experience more wonderful.

The location is easily accessible and prices are really cheap according to the taste of food. Its a must visit place for any food lover.

Zamzam is our favorite mandi restaurant. It’s just opposite Dubai frame. I’ve tried the one In Deira as well. It’s bigger than this one. We love to sit on the floor. It like a private room.

My favorite is mutton mandi and my kids love chicken mandi. The tomato and mango chutney are so so good. I always need to ask for the chilli powder. It makes the food so tasty. By far it’s the best mandi in UAE for our family.

Fantastic place! Great service, delicious food, wonderful atmosphere. We are world travelers and this place was up there for taste and value and location! It’s just across from the Dubai Frame. Thank you Zam Zam!

First place that comes to our mind when we think of mandi. Have been to their other branches too.. they maintain the taste every time.. i dnt know if it can be called the "authentic " one, but i like it.. i am also a big fan of their kunafa..

Great service by the staff; even when it was crowded and busy, they will accommodate your group within a few minutes. We tried the majlis seating area and it was a great experience.
Complimentary mutton soup and salad continued by varieties of mutton mandhi, then followed by complimentary luqaimat and suleimani.
The mandhi was accompanied by tomato chutney, dates pickle and spicy chilly.
The mutton was cooked to perfection and simply awesome, you will enjoy it a lot. After having mandhi, when the dessert and tea arrives, you feel like you won't be able to take even a small bite but once you try it you will enjoy it very much.
The staff service was awesome and they give suggestions based on group size etc. which are spot on.
