Brilliant service from customer care ????. I brought a product from Luton Airport that unfortunately wasn’t compatible with my device. I messaged customer services, explained the situation I was given an address to return it to and within 3 days I had been refunded the whole amount plus postage. Really friendly and professional staff.

Bought Skullkandy headphones (Sesh Evo buds) and one of them doesn’t work. Can’t access customer service. Online warranty help from Skullkandy doesn’t work.

SAL is the WORST customer service agent. I went in and spent £220 and the store didn’t have a bag, so I went to the other store where Sal, the worlds most disinterested customer assistant finally appeared and when asked he said it’s 20p for a bag and, like the other assistant although he was polite and lovely, Sal managed to make a refund of 0.00 appear and said the manager, who wasn’t in store and Sal had no idea if she would ever return, had to do it.
He clearly couldn’t be bothered with anyone or anything.
I only wanted a bag, it turned into a full refund after his attitude, it evolved into a complaint following his incompetence and bad attitude.
Wouldn’t shop here ever again.

InMotion's staff and website claim you can return items to any WHSmith store. This is simply untrue. I have tried three different WHSmith stores in London, which all refused to process a return. InMotion's online customer service have so far been unable to provide a store in which I can make a return.

Go to the World Duty Free if you need a cable. in motion is much more expensive for the same thing. The guy that was stood at the till didn’t acknowledge me in any way. Finished with the customer in front and just walked off. Total joke. Customer service and manners are not plentiful here

Rip-off - check prices before shopping here. They sell Sony WH-CH710N headphones for £129 - you can buy them from John Lewis, Amazon, Argos etc for up to £40 less.
