delay in service , not organised , token not working , entered with severe vertigo and treated as non emergency .to enter triage took more than 20 mts ,later sister informed doctor will call u according to his or her schedule,waited again more time and left emergency dept without treatment and took treatment from al sharq private hospital .even we asked the reason for delay to reception , no answer ..complianted via ehs toll free no .
really we surprised coz its happened in a jci approved hospital
had worst experience ....

زرة المستشفى لعلاج طارئ بسبب سقوط ابنتي وتم بعدها ترجيع ودوخة
ومن الساعة 8:22 مساء وتقريبا بعد نصف ساعة الممرض اخذ بيانات الطفلة وثم انتظرت تقريبا 45 دقيقة تم طلبنا للدخول ولم يكن احد الاطباء موجودين فقط الممرضين وكانو 6 ممرضين وانتظرنا 15 دقيقة ولم يأتينا احد. خرجت وقلت للممرض لم يأتينا احد. قال انتو وين جالسين يعني لا يدري
وبعدها ب10 جاء وقال وفحص الرأس وثم قال خلوها تحت الملاحظة وثم بتأخذ الدواء
قلت له اننا اكثر من ساعة ننتظر قال لازم تتظر 15 ساعة للملاحظة وثم سأعطيها الدوام. انتظرنا لم يزرنا احد للملاحظة ولم تأخذ البنت الدوام .
خرجنا وقلت للممرض شكرا
قال تعال وقع كتعهد .......
الغريبة انه لم يكن هناك الا3 مرضى ....

موديه ولد اختي طايح ع ايده و فيه حمى وترجيع و مصاب بالانيميا المنجليه وعمره ٤ سنوات كملت فوق الساعتين بدون مبالغه ولا حياه لمن تنادي!!!! وكلما اقولهم الولد تعبان عندنا ضغط .. انا الي ارتفع ضغطي اشوفه تعبان ويرجع ومحد مسوله سالفه .. شكرا ع الخدمه السيئه جدا
