Worst!!

I took my 3 year old daughter to the Emergency,
she rolled tissue and pushed in to her nose.
the nurse came after waiting for 15 minutes, then they checked the vitals, then asked to wait, we waited for another 15 minutes, then we informed the reception that the child is uncomfortable, They said that the doctor may be busy, and they don't even know how long it will take. We went straight to thumbay hospital Emergency and they removed in 5 minute.

I was admitted here following a traffic accident via the emergency ward on the midnight of 11th June, and I was quite pleased with the service they provided. From the admission to my discharge date, everything was well organised and excellent. My heartiest thanks to the the doctors, staff and especially Ms. Ruwayya Akindi. The level of care and compassion demonstrated by Ms. Ruwaya truly exceeded my expectations, and I believe it is important to acknowledge such outstanding dedication. Throughout my time in the hospital, Ms. Ruwaya consistently displayed a remarkable level of professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise in her nursing duties. She diligently attended to my medical needs, ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed about my condition and treatment plan. Overall, It was a great experience despite being in a traumatic accident that led me to this hospital.

Extremely quick service in emergency. Ambulance arrived within 10 minutes and free of charge for expats in emergency. Thanks fujairah hospital

Unbelievably rude security and administration!

The security man ran after me and blocked my way into the elevator with his whole arm due to my outfit even though it was an emergency! Then he called the administration and this lady came to tell me that my (baggy knee length) dress is indecent and is unacceptable according to the hospital code (which I personally couldn’t find anywhere). She then proceeded to tell me that she will let me in this time but such indecent clothes won’t be allowed again!
Her words really hurt!

Apart from that, the radiographer, and the nurses are careless and their work attitude is very poor.
The ER doctor missed a large hand bruise which turned out to be a fracture!

The washrooms were very dirty!!!

Super royal service at pharmacy which you find very rarely in many places. Amazed and counter 25 lady was very fast and very supportive

Today I had extremely bad experience from hospital accounts section. My token number was 39 for instance payment. I was waiting for the payment, he was keep on calling following numbers 40, 41, 42 ect... inbetween I asked twice for the reason. He replied to wait then I called my husband, he is working in same hospital. Because I can't stand for long as I am 9 month pregnant. Even then he made us to wait until token number 46. This is not my first experience from the same person seated in counter 16. I am mentioning this here because it should not happen to any others .

I will be happy if google provide us with any option with a negative star value for this blunder maternity department of this hospitalil. Incompetent and unprofessional gynecology doctors. Maternity department is a stigma for this hospital. Don't opt for delivering babies there. They will say mother friendly and baby friendly just to put mother and babies in trouble. Dear Doctors mother's friendly concept will be complet when mothes are comfortable. You peoples feels mother's friendly only in your policies.

I would rate negative on customer relationship, when we call & opt language english, there will be no one to communicate in standard english, so I request you to recruit staff who can handle english calls.
