The environment is serene and the building looks like a 5 star hotel. Only workers are allowed , no visitor.

Lovely quayside to spend the morning. Restaurants and cafes available although not everything was open on 25th April 2023. Lots of joggers and people cycling alongside the promenade. It has that relaxed vibe about it. Perhaps on this sunny day - it exudes that. Lovely place to saunter. We parked on the road which was not a problem at all. Maybe it’s because it’s a working and school day. I’d imagine it’d be packed in the summer.

Beautiful quay, with little shops, bars and restaurants to visit.
Views are gorgeous and yo should certainly visit it before or after visiting the cathedral.
People can all explore the river on a boat.
Please note the little shops close by 4pm.

Great place to walk during the day or at sunset. Lots to see and do. Not sure why the geese and swans are dieing though. Shame

Live the views, the calm and wildlife. Amazing walk along the river

Lovely walk followed by an ice cream. Visited the craft shops and got the ferry back across the river.

An excellent spot for watersports, climbing and dinner. Very picturesque and lively, highly recommended.
