Good service , security and clean the problems are first that it’s far from the center of Fujairah and roads need maintenance , at some nights you might sense the gas and oil burning odor otherwise it’s a good building like and comfort

Big and clean apartments in Fujairah port area

Honestly nice apartments they have but the owner not helpful.

Positives
- security 24 hour
- maintenance and service very good.
-flats is big and nice.

Negative.

- gas smell because near to port
- to much dust because back side of the building there is a stone crusher.
- OWNER NOT HELPFUL. When i finish my first year he added 5% then i wanted to renew my contract only for 3 months he added more 15% or i have to pay 2 months rent and leave the building. He gave to very bad solution pay 2 months rent and leave the building OR.. pay 15% added on the amount of 3 months which is already added to it 5% .. you can’t reach to him and if you reached to him he will not listen to you.
- rent is high comparing to that area .
