Filled up diesel from there, apart from the fact that ADNOC does not help you fill up even if you are willing to pay, the staff was kind.

I just rented a zippy new Ford Fiesta at SOU and had the pleasure of being assisted by the great staff there - and a particular shout out to Mr David Johnson who goes the extra mile (prepping the car personally) and making the prosaically necessary hire process a pleasure instead. His enthusiasm and energy is exemplary.

I didn’t have a problem with staff or the car. I’ve had a problem trying to get an answer to my question.. I paid a fine I unfortunately got in Warrington which I paid direct to the council then got charged again even though I informed them when I dropped the car off… still waiting

Had a breakdown in Dorchester, roadside assistance were very helpful but there was a very long delay with the recovery as it was a bank holdiay yesterday, got a replacment car delivered this morning to the hotel we ended up having to stay at, expenses covered, thank you Enterprise/Alamo...

Didn't turn up in September on a Sunday to the airport - then didn't reply or explain why and didn't refund. Now going through the ombudsman really a disgrace - don't use these

Staff was helpful and efficient. The transaction was simple and straightforward. The car was in perfect condition.
