I had to pick up some spares for my 2013 Touareg yesterday from the Al Naboodah service in Dubai. The customer service from Feroze Khan was exceptional. Service was quick and easy and I had the parts within a day. Five star service Feroze… thank you!!

The best service center iv ever Dealt with, cannot match any other service center with your polite and professional staff. as I can mention Miss Bashayer Alkaabi the receptionist she's very helpful and respectful as all my interactions with the center are with her, wonderful personality and very hospitality person

Great service! One of the best places in customer service I have been to. Abdulla (service advisor VW) & Mohamed (team leader) both are doing a great job, very welcoming and helpful.
