We just moved to Buxton 2 days ago and needed a taxi to the hospital because my partner had sliced his hand open - we requested it for 30 minutes time - 5 minutes before pick up I receive a call to say he’s unable to do it now because he got another job - I presume a better job - shouldn’t recommend definitely not reliable

Absolutely terrible service. Pre booked a taxi, called them at the allocated time to double check the taxi was still arriving to say that they were too busy and couldn’t be pick me up.

When advised I booked the taxi earlier they hung up and wouldn’t answer my calls. Very rude and nasty over the phone!!

I can’t describe what bad service this has been, and would avoid!!!
