Nice services, starting from the branch manager mr salem alkaabi and the rest of the employees, very professional and dedicated, i also wants to mention Ms.shikha alyammahi & ms. wadha who is always will just to finish customers enquirers, i wish them all the best , excellent example for how a bank must work.

The banking hours are a lie. I went there at 1pm and CLOSED. So I went at 12:05pm and guess what!! Closed!! Exactly what are the banking hours for the branch in Fujairah????
Edit: The worst bank I have ever had dealings with. They lie. They take forever to do anything. They don't contact you when you go through their proper channel to be contacted. I want to change banks just as soon as I can
