Phoned last week and was told they have no dentist until August.

Phoned again today 08.09.22. I was told there is no dentist in told to go to Kinghorn which has no disabled access and no parking for the disabled. My wife has contacted them twice and has been sent to leven for her appointment so has my daughter's boyfriend. He's back on Methil today. And that was phoning Park Road surgery. My wife is disabled and unable to walk and driving to a new surgery some. Of which do not. Have disabled access is unacceptable. The park road surgery is open according to the website so why oh why are We sent to surgeries miles away from Kirkcaldy?

After years of using this dentists without issues their customer care/patient contact recently has been very poor, however I eventually got a call back today from Janice who was very helpful and has arranged a suitable appointment.

Profit before people. Daughter is agony with toothache but they wont even give her an appointment or referral until an outstanding balance (took them 3 months to inform us of said balance after a mix up between receptionists) is paid. Heard other people tell similar stories and just leaving the practice for someplace better.

Went to dentist yesterday got my teeth out. Dentist was absolutely great explained everything he was doing ,also the receptionist was very helpful

I have seen my own dentist once in the 4 years I’ve been with them because they are always on holiday I’ve been sent to leven and another dentist in Kirkcaldy not good enough I will be moving to a new dentist
