Easy to find from the road, the entrance is signed from the carpark. Fast service from helpful and friendly staff, A vending machine or drinks dispenser would make a nice addition to the seats located in the reception.

A nightmare to deal with, poor delivery, online forms confusing & basically don't work, no contact number when things go wrong forced to use online forms. Confusing branding, is this DHL or UK Mail, even the depot signs are confusing. If a company uses UK Mail or DHL for delivery I will buy the item from somewhere else to avoid any contact with this hybrid mess of a company.

Shocking service, parcel was supposed to arrive on the 7th, on the 10th still nothing, use their tracking my system and it tells you two things, to try and speak to a human seems impossible , when speaking to the automated rubbish they have kept giving me different dates.. and I'm sitting here after a couple hours ringing random numbers on the net for you guys and I seem worse off than I originally was.

Very helpful when you spoke to the right person, I think the drivers were stressed with Xmas deliveries and didn't deliver parcel and sent back to sender
