Not even worth 1star. Why say 15 to 20 minutes when it took over and hour for taxi to arrive for pick up. Requested discount for trouble given £1off a £15 trip. Won't be using again.

Terrible service. Phoned me 5 minutes before they were due to take me to he station to say the driver was delayed and they had no idea what time he'd be there. No apology, no replacement. Missed my train

I used 255 Taxi's yesterday to get to the concert at the NEC and back home again. Everything was brilliant no complaints with the journey or driver in fact the driver couldn't get to where he dropped us off as the NEC guards closed it off so he called me to explain where he was and used his hazard warning lights such very good communication. I always use these if I need to go somewhere so reliable never disappointed.

Very poor service booked taxi for 0830 to catch 0850 train which is normally plenty of time. Link to app was sent at 0830 showing taxi going away from my location several phone calls later driver turned up at 0852! Person on the phone was rude, no apology! Sadly it appears that they are accepting bookings with limited vehicles to meet the capacity required. I would not recommend this firm

Booked a taxi which didn't turn up, eight phone calls later a taxi turned up over an hour late. Lied to on the phone, driver on his way, driver can't find you, asked that the driver call me directly, but no call took place. Company didn't want to do anything to help, or offer any discount for delay.

This taxi company is the most unprofessional in Lichfield the person who answers the phone is as useful as a fat in a tornado.....
Booked for 8.05 to get my daughter to school but taxi didn't turn up until after 25past the guy who answers the phone is a blatant liar says he is round the corner but have to wait longer.... Will never use this company again City cars company is so much better

Awful service, waited for 45 minutes for a taxi after told twice it will be only 10 minutes. Then the taxi driver told me it is a 1.5 rate after midnight when I asked for the tarrif sheet he started shouting and arguing. I paid the £9 requested for the 5 mins journey, but will never use again, unprofesionnal and rude!!

Always punctual. Driver very helpful getting my elderly Grandma in and out of the car. Have come to the rescue when other taxi services have let us down.
