We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was super. Specially the bartender at the pool bar and Sports bar. Clifton is excellent and he makes super sexy cocktails. We really enjoyed our stay more because he always entertained us more than we expected. Rooms were super clean and spacious and service was excellent by all the staff

Everything was excellent and we love the service very much. Special thanks to the people at the pool bar. Clifton, Uthapela and Saleem are possibly the best and most hardworking staff we have seen in a long time. They always made sure to keep us entertained and make sure to serve us with chilled and tasty cocktails. The rooms are very clean as well and we loved the location very much. Well done guys.

my husband and I were here a year ago, the hotel has lost sophistication, a lot of drunk people who drink until they lose their pulse! The Japanese restaurant is chic, the staff and the food from the chef (forgot the name) are top notch! hotel staff is excellent! hotel in Russian style all inclusive

Very good hotel. Calm and beautiful environment. Not so many people. Just relax here. Thanks to personnel of hotel. Thanks to bar on swimming pool. These guys knows how to smile people, thanks too much to Clifton and Saleem!????

Nice sea view just in front of snoopy island and very clean room. Staff is welcoming (like all hotels ????). For the price, this is an excellent value for money. I wished if the restaurants do not require booking and also that the entrance spinning door was a bit larger ????. They have 2 all-inclusive packages, do not hesitate to ask at the reception. Parking is large and free. Pool and beach have showers. They also organize diving and trips to snoopy island, just ask.

Great Location, right in front of Snoopy Island. Beautiful spacious rooms. I would have given 5 stars. But the hotel needs to upgrade a lot of things. For example the pool is not chilled, the water temperature is so hot, the breakfast is poor. Orange juice is not even fresh juice but processed.

The whole experience staying at Royal M was absolutely superb. We were looking for a peaceful resort and we were extremely satisfied with the choice.

As a hotel manager myself, I could see how the management team puts lots of effort in making sure all guests are having a great experience by paying close attention to the smallest details.

We have arrived late at night and were greeted by an in-room dinner. The food around all restaurants is delicious. Absolutely happy with all the selections. However, it’d be better to have more different beer options :)

The staff is nicely trained and there is consistency in the provided service around all departments of the hotel.

We thought there would be no entertainment but apparently there was an amazing team of animators. They were super friendly and never annoying as they have a great sense of people’s wants. They won’t bother you if you don’t want to be bothered. They also do great costume shows which are fun as for kids as for the adults. Biggest shout outs to Anjelica and Anna!

Thanks to everyone who created such a memorable experience for our family!

We went for a weekend escape, and while the facilities are excellent, the beach very nice, swimming pool is nice for kids to go and explore. New hotel, everything we liked, special thanks to Dinara from guest relation.
She is very friendly and always nice welcoming us. Highly recommending this Hotel Royal M
