The bus turned up and left 3 mins early. Phone stagecoach, they Said would investigate and send email. Heard nothing..

I dont think ive ever seen a bus on time if it even turns up that is. (I do look on app and twitter and half time not canceled)
Alot of rude drivers. There are some really nice ones.

Ive even heard some drivers talking to each other saying they are going to leave 5mins late because they cant be bothered.

I rely bn buses, people shouldnt need to get the bus 3x earlier than the bus they actually need to get where they need to go, as tou never know if theybwill be on time if they show up at all.

Never seen a company so poor for even caring about their customers.

Stage coach should really do what the trains do if they are late by a certain amount of time you can claim a refund on your ticket. Although eith that stage coach would never make money. So doubt they will do that.

Sooner i drive the better

Edit: just got refused to be let on because i had a bag of food. Wasnt going to eat it on the bis and wasnt going to even open it. Got told is was due to people neing able to smell the food.

Stagecoach is like a roulette on if the bus with turn up or not

I would give no stars but can't, they just cancel bus willy nilly, when you use the codes on the bus stops to find out when the next bus is the buses just don't turn up

28.04.2021 The 14.09pm 63 bus driver was helpful and patient today. Not only did he have to take abuse from a bloke in a white van he was kind an patient to an older couple who were restricted with mobility issues.

Getting bus at the moment are a pain you have to use Twitter for update cos they dont updait on there own app saying it cancelled they lack of drivers and not taking no one else for driving had to cos of this taxi to school and from school it's getting more colder helping so when bus dose get to you it full up and cant all ways get on them school complaining cos kids are late they blame the parents but it's the stagecoach forght taxi cos me evey time a bus dont turn up £7.70 its stuped when paying out for bus weekly and they cant keep up

I worked here as a trainee for 5 months. Got my bus licence, but hated the place and awful rota's & controllers.

Services in dover, Deal, Canterbury used to be good but everyday for the last 3 or 4 weeks buses are cancelled at short notice due to lack of drivers not good
