I don't know if your employees are trained before they go to work. Why is it that when I place an order online with the royal mail, the website says self-delivery to places including the post office. I made it clear that the post office accepts packages from track24. The first time I went to the post office they accepted track24 packages. I didn't know the worker was unfamiliar with her business. I strongly recommend job training.

I've got to say I totally agree with what other people are saying, this is a really awful post office. The entire staff needs to be sacked immediately and replaced with people who appreciate having regular paid jobs who treat customers well. I am basically forced to go here because it's the closest one by a lot of distance, but if I could go anywhere else I would immediately.

Royal Mail sort out your problems the amount of reviews talking about this is overwhelming here.

I love this Post Office. Never has a problem. The staff have always been helpful and polite. It's in such a convenient place. Wonderful.

I went to collect my biometric residence permit card (BRP) today. The post office was supposed to be open till 2pm, but this worker from the post office came out at 11:30am and said no more BRP cards would be given out today. I asked him why are they not giving any more BRP cards as 2 and a half hours are still left, he failed to give me an answer and told me to come another day. This caused great inconvenience to me, as I had waited in the line for like 1 hour, and around 30 other people who were waiting in the line as well. Very disappointed.

never been to a post office with staff so rude. the lady with short hair and glasses is an absolute disgrace to your company, no point in trying to be nice because you'll get shouted at and an argumentative response. absolutely apalling.

Terrible and incompetent staff. Every time I come to mail a card there is always a different method and price; apparently depending on their mood. The workers always have an attitude and treat customers like myself (who are Asian) as if we don’t understand what is going on. They show clear signs of racism. Do not waste your time coming here. Management needs to review their workers or shut this place down.

I never leave reviews but from what i’ve experienced and witnessed I had to. This branch has quite possibly some of the rudest, grumpiest staff members i’ve ever come across (Not all staff but 2 females in particular) They speak to you as though you are stupid. I’ve also seen the way that international student’s have been spoken to and it’s horrible and upsetting to see this happen. The Head Office really need to look in to this, clear to see from all the other reviews. It’s borderline aggression and in some cases I have witnessed what appears to be racism. Absolutely unacceptable.
