The room was okay but it was not clean even the bed sheet has stains on it. The ac was not cooling. It was my worst experience

This hotel has undergone good renovations since last year. It is easy to reach to and parking is easy to find. There is a good restaurant with a shawarma place in the hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only negative is that the room doesn’t have a window but we only stayed one night so it didn’t matter much to us.

Rooms not clean in general, you need for miracle to find it, bad stuff attitude even when I called the supervisor he was worst, and when I told him that I will make a complaint because I didn't get the same room wich I book online, he told me if want make complaint I can help you and he offer me to use his mobile to make the complaint

When you get an exceptional service from the hotel staffs, all the small negative sides will go unnoticeable. Stayed here for one night with my family. The only problem about this location is, there’s some construction work on progress beside this hotel. So the car parking is bit tough. But there’s plenty of spaces (kacha parking) you can find it easily next to the hotel. The best part about this place is the Guest Service. From Mr. Ronald, the house keeping (philippino guy), tunisian lady, all were fantastic. Rooms are recently renovated with all the facilities (refrigerator,kettle,television etc..) for sure I will recommend this hotel to my friends and if am visiting again Fujairah, I will choose this hotel without a second thought. Special Thanks to Ronald.????????????You guys are the best.

I wish there was a zero star review, the place is creepy and so hard to find
The rooms were unbelievably dirty with loads of hair on the bed sheets and a very dirty toilet
So not recommended.

Wonderful place to stay at reasonable price. Have newly renovated rooms and good wifi inside the rooms. Have Easy access for shopping malls and Dibba town center within few mins of walking...

Like going tae this shop the prices are reasonable there's always good food ect tae pick from and staff always helpful and polite.

I never really know what to say here, it's a stop. I go in, locate and buy whatever I need and leave. I have never had a negative experience here however it doesn't stand out

The staff need to be taught how to smile and how to talk to customers. The staff are not rude but not far off it, when ask a staff member they act as if it's to much like hard work to guide customer to item they require. When I was served I was asked if I required a bag I reply with yes she then takes out a thin bag from under counter I said I'd have a bag from behind her her reply was "for goodness sake" some response considering it dearer than one she was give me. I now travel to leven as staff in shops there you have laugh with

The shop is nice, but the staff is quite unfriendly exept for the guy with the glasses who is always very friendly.... but especially the lady working there right now was not really nice and should learn how to smile, or at least how to be friendly. If it continues like that I'll rather go and shop somewhere else.....

The store is always very well stocked although some smaller items need a bit more attention to being straight but that down to customers. Have never found the staff in the Cupar branch to be very cheerful.
