I have never had a problem using city and i left my phone in the car earlier. They have been amazing and got it back to me within an hour of me contacting them. Honest, helpful driver and amazing customer service from the desk

Nice service once taxi actually arrived. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry. Ordered taxi at the 04:10 but wasn’t actually booked until I rang back at 04:25, another 15 minutes on top of that so made me late for work

Booked and paid for taxi via their Web page. Taxi was prompt. All good until we reached our destination and driver insisted it was a cash job persistently. We showed him our paid receipt, he wouldn't accept it. He rang the cab office, operator said no payment had been taken and was also persistent. As we werent getting anywhere with either of them and to get on with our evening we paid the cash but stupidly didn't get a receipt for this. The money has also been taken from bank account.

We used a different firm on our return journey and paid half the original price!

UPDATE: The fare was in my partners name and approximately 2 weeks after our complaint we were contacted and a refund arranged.
