Most worse service I have experience. No one respond the call to check the delivery status. There is no flexibility on delivery. Small courier company is giving far better service & winning customer. Stop being so robotic and be customer friendly.

It is the worst service, no calls are made, no delivery message is received and if you call the customer service number, there is no option to talk to the representative. And they deliver the item after 2 days of the delivery

If their is option below the zero star wala I will give that they are not available to get 1 star even

Worst customer experience from any courier, avoid at all cists if you can, you are left at office while the representatives are dealing with other internal issues with no respect to the customers at all

The worst courier company I ever used
My shipments arrived to their fujairah office yesterday early morning and it says it will be prepaid for delivery and it wasn't and before that in dubai for 2 days to be prepaid to be sent to fujairah office
It took them 4 days just to move it and still I did not get it

Didn’t receive my shipment on time. I received a message to go online and enter address and time of delivery i selected the date but no delivery then received another message to select the date and failed to deliver. Will go to their office and hopefully can pick it up.
