The bar itself has a great vibe - it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The bartenders really know their stuff and were happy to make recommendations based on our preferences.

But what really sets them apart is the staff. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their
customers. Our server, Jeewan was fantastic - he made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

I love this place. What a hidden gem! The aesthetics are welcoming and festive. It literally makes you feel like you've been transformed to a whole 'nother planet. Sports planet that is! Zacharia makes everyone feel like they're home relaxing. He interacts with guests with a smile and a light-hearted attitude. The nachos are fresh, and the drinks are pleasing. Janak knows just the right balance of potion to pour. Quality drinks, quality food, quality service!

No staff and attention to one table. Hardly anything to serve and just a pure lack of customer service. Not enough tables outside for guests with limited options to be served. It’s truly sad to be associated with the Fairmont hotel at this rate. They should change the management of the establishment and put customer service a priority. The one star is for the shisha guy. The only friendly face they have.
